The Prairie Cafe

My favourite cafe! Always great service and the food never disappoints. I love the whole aesthetic from the dishes, the plants everywhere and the food presentation. There’s toys for kids to grab and play with while at the cafe too.

A nice little cafe with lovely staff. Has a great outdoor dining area out the back too. Feels like you’re sitting in your own private garden/space. I went for breakfast and was too busy eating to take a photo! I ordered the truffle eggs with a choice of bread. (Scrambled eggs, chorizo and mushrooms with Turkish bread). Was a very good size serving. The coffee was good but a bit weak for me, so with my second cup I asked for an extra shot. Recommend this cafe. Will be back.

I stopped by The Prairie Cafe in Penrith and had such a great experience! I ordered the iced mocha and avocado toast on sourdough — both were absolutely delicious. The coffee was smooth and refreshing, and the avo toast was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The ambience was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed — a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole visit even better. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Love love love the food here! Classics done right, every order just hits the spot for a lovely weekend brunch. I would just recommend not to bring a large party here as the service will be quite slow, but if it's a brunch date then I highly recommend!

We stopped in to The Prairie Cafe on the way home after a medical appointment in the city. Very impressed with the cafe, it was well decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered a BLT and eggs Benedict for breakfast, along with a long black and chai latte. It was great service, prompt and food came out quickly. Would recommend. Will definitely call in again when in the area.

Stopped in for a coffee and ended up getting the french toast because it sounded so good. It was! Absolutely delicious, really good coffee, AMAZING authentic chai, and beautiful atmosphere out the back surrounded by plants. The women who worked there were lovely. Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved it here just everything about this place was amazingly. The music, the staff, the good, the presentation just the whole place is nice. And I'm sorry if you're complaining about the wait as i have seen some 1 star reviews have you shouldn't be eating out then, just chill, take a chill pill and enjoy it.

Lovely cafe, very friendly staff, awesome food. Sadly, the first table I tried was "sticky", the second table had a mess (someone's leftovers) on the surface.
